I have been in your shoes! I was a general contractor for 15 years. Over the years, while my title was Vice President, I worked everything from estimating to project management and CFO – and even on the job sites. I also managed the books and payroll using Quickbooks Desktop.
As a full charge bookkeeper in the construction industry for more than 25 years, I understand the unique financial needs of your business. I also understand you didn’t get into this business to do accounting work.
My education and professional experience have equipped me with a strong foundation in construction, job costing, estimating, and best practices for construction bookkeeping.
